Marketing Campaign Manager

As our Marketing Campaign Manager for the Benelux region, you will plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand and support pipeline growth. You'll turn strategy into hands-on execution, bringing campaigns to life across email, paid channels, social, and events.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building campaigns end-to-end, working closely with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership in a dynamic, growing environment.
About the team
You will join our Benelux Marketing team, working alongside:
- Product Marketeer (positioning & ICP insights)
- Content Marketeer (blogs, case studies, campaign assets)
- Performance Marketeer (paid media & analytics)
- Led by the Head of Marketing
You'll also work closely with colleagues across the global Marketing Team as well as the Go-to-Market team: Sales, Account Management, Partnerships and Customer Experience, aligning early and often to ensure campaigns connect to real commercial outcomes.
We value autonomy, collaboration, and curiosity. You'll have space to propose new ideas and test them quickly.
Your first year as a Marketing Campaign Manager
First 3 months
You'll immerse yourself in our platform, ICP, messaging, data dashboards, and workflows. You'll start running smaller campaign activities and support ongoing webinar and event programs. You build the foundations: alignment, understanding, ownership.
After 6 months
You fully own the Benelux campaign calendar and run multi-channel campaigns independently. You experiment, evaluate, and optimize based on data, while working closely with Sales to ensure strong follow-up and conversion.
After 12 months
You are the point of reference for regional demand generation. You influence campaign direction, propose new plays, and contribute to shaping how we grow the Benelux market.
What you will be doing
- Develop and execute the regional campaign plan aligned with GTM priorities
- Launch integrated campaigns across channels
- Write and localize campaign copy for Benelux audiences (emails, ads, landing pages, social posts)
- Coordinate webinars and in-person events together with Sales and Partnerships
- Own the campaign calendar, budgets, timelines, and delivery
- Track campaign performance through dashboards and reports, and adjust based on data
- Ensure strong lead handover and follow-up flows with the Sales team
- Facilitate campaign kickoffs and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement

What you'll bring
- 3+ years experience in B2B campaign management (preferably in SaaS or tech)
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
- Fluent in Dutch ( required, > C1) and English
- Comfortable working with performance dashboards and translating insights into action
- Strong experience with HubSpot (you can build campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing, dashboards)
- Prior experience with the HR space, you understand the terminology, challenges and buying dynamics
- Structured working style: able to prioritize, manage timelines, and maintain momentum
- Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to learning and improving
