Job Description

Marketing Assistant (Part-time, up to 16 hrs/week, hybrid London or Sussex - in office hours will be required)

We are seeking a creative, proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support our team across a diverse range of marketing activity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build a strong portfolio, and contribute meaningfully to campaigns across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities (experience in some, not all is required)

Content & copywriting

  • Draft blogs, proposals, case studies, capability documents and pitch decks.

Design & creative

  • Create static and animated graphics in Canva, plus short-form video content optimised for social channels.

Brand & social media

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency of tone, visuals and messaging across our portfolio.

Digital marketing

  • Maintain and update the company website (WordPress experience advantageous).
  • Support direct marketing initiatives and simple campaign delivery.

Analytics & reporting

  • Monitor website traffic and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Produce regular snapshots, reporting and practical recommendations to increase visibility and reach.

Presentations & documents

  • Support with branded PowerPoint decks, templates and internal marketing materials.

Who we're looking for

Ideal for someone studying Marketing, Business or Communications (placement year or alongside studies), but we're open to any applicant who can demonstrate capability.
