Job Description

Imagination is a global experience design company, founded on the principle of independent creativity. This role will work closely with our Global PR and Marketing Manager and be integral to the successful functioning of the Marketing Department of Imagination.

This role is active and visible across all areas of the business with a varied remit, which takes direction from the overall agency marketing plan, supporting the team across all areas of Marketing and PR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take an active role in delivering the global marketing strategy across all Imagination channels.
  • Take an active role in developing Imagination's social media strategy with a particular focus on LinkedIn, coming up with new and engaging ways to reach our target audience.
  • Managing and maintaining Imagination's social media channels, working with the wider team on the content plan but taking an active role in drafting content, scheduling posts and sourcing assets.
  • Work with the Global PR & Marketing Manager to develop and deploy content for Imagination's global website and social channels.
  • Utilise tracking and analytics tools to test, learn and improve upon our digital marketing strategy.
  • Liaise with designers to create assets for Imagination's web and social channels.
  • Assist in implementing Imagination's awards strategy, identifying key awards and projects for entries supporting the client teams with the submissions.
  • Support day-to-day PR communications for Imagination.
  • Adhoc day-to-day support for the Marketing, PR and New Business departments.
  • Assist in delivering Imagination's programme of lead-generating content.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Eager to learn and be involved.
  • A strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with a well-honed eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and exudes a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • A creative approach to social media strategy and content creation.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing website CMS platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience interpreting data from analytic platforms such as Google Analytics is an advantage.
  • Previous agency experience is an advantage but not essential.
