About The Role:

As a contract Market Research Analyst in the Consumer Insights team, you'll play a key role in supporting global research operations for a leading digital video service. From survey programming to data analysis, your work will directly influence how content is developed, delivered, and enjoyed by millions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deploy large volumes of surveys across multiple languages and regions
• Collaborate with global research and operations teams to support translation and localization
• Analyze customer feedback and engagement data to drive actionable insights
• Design research strategies, define KPIs, and document workflows (RACI, SOPs, SLAs)
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

• Professional experience in marketing research or consumer insights
• Proficiency in survey programming tools such as Qualtrics
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with SPSS, Tableau, or similar tools
• A passion for film, television, and global media
• Bonus: Multilingual proficiency (eg, French, Spanish, Japanese, etc.)
