Location: City of London • Hybrid: Yes • Salary: £100,000 to £130,000

This speciality insurer is growing their Marine Cargo team, seeking a driven and established Cargo Underwriter with a good understanding of hull and machinery, keen to progress and have ownership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth of the Marine Cargo underwriting team and portfolio
• Apply knowledge of hull and machinery to underwriting decisions
• Take ownership of underwriting workflows and client interactions

Qualifications

• Experience as Cargo Underwriter
• Good understanding of hull and machinery
• Demonstrated drive to progress and own initiatives
