The Opportunity

My client, a respected Lloyd's broker, is seeking an experienced Technician to join their London office. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a specialist environment, supporting a highly skilled team across marine and commercial insurance lines.

Responsibilities

• Join an expert team providing tailored solutions to international clients.
• Take ownership of key technical processes including policy production, LPANs, IMR uploads, evidence of cover, and system administration.
• Play an important role in ensuring documentation and payment flows run smoothly across the London Market.
• Work in a supportive and collaborative culture with genuine scope for professional development and career progression.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Technician within a Lloyd's broker environment.
• Hands on experience with the Insurers' Market Repository (IMR) and strong understanding of London Market systems and payment processes.
• High levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
• A proactive, team oriented mindset with the confidence to manage technical responsibilities.
