MAP Room Lead & Pupil Reintegration Specialist

Endon High School is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to lead the MAP Room, collaborating with the SEND team to support pupils, families and staff. The role focuses on managing daily MAP Room operations, assisting teachers with catch-up work, and coordinating reintegration into regular lessons.

You will work under supervision within the SEND and Inclusion team, monitoring pupil progress and reporting outcomes, contributing to the school's high standards and inclusive ethos.
