Manufacturing Operator I

Location: Perth (On-site) - Rotation day shift and Night shift roles

Position Type: Full-time, 9-Month Contract

Hours: 40 hours per week (Overtime Available)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Perth

. In this role, you will support daily production goals by following standard procedures, operating equipment, handling packaging, and maintaining high product quality

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP guidelines, and safety rules
• Set up, run, and monitor production lines, packaging, and sorting materials
• Complete production paperwork, accurate labeling, and line clearance
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as required
• Use manufacturing software (e.g., QAD, AGILE) to track schedules and documentation
• Attend daily start-of-shift meetings and collaborate with team members

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in/around Perth
• Education: Secondary education, advanced certificate, or equivalent
• Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or lab environment (or equivalent training)
• Skills: Proficient in English (spoken/written) and basic Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Safety: Must provide/wear safety boots and follow site PPE policies
