Manufacturing Operator ( 6 Months Agency Contract )

Manufacturing Operator responsibilities include operating production lines efficiently, ensuring equipment cleanliness, completing batch manufacturing records, and maintaining GMP standards.

• Operate manufacturing lines efficiently in accordance with relevant SOPs to ensure required output targets are achieved.
• Ensure that the manufacturing equipment and area is cleaned to GMP standards prior to use.
• Prepare machinery and equipment, conduct product in-process testing, and monitor product condition during processing.
• Complete the Batch Manufacturing Record and reconcile it according to relevant SOPs.
• Report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager if any problems or damage occur.
• Maintain high GMP standards and good housekeeping; inspect batches that do not meet quality standards.
• Handle and store Controlled Drugs in accordance with procedures, ensuring product security.
• Adhere to all company and legislative health, safety and environmental requirements; perform any other duties assigned by the Manufacturing Supervisor / Manager.
• Use manufacturing support software packages (e.g., MES, SAP, Trackwise, Documentum).
• Constantly look to improve processes and learn new skills.

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Ability to work various shift patterns and overtime as required.
• Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements; experience working in a GMP environment preferred.
