Manufacturing Engineer (in Aerospace branch)

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and experienced engineers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the manufacturing engineering processes for our client. You will be involved in analysing and ensuring the structural integrity of various mechanical components and systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the optimization of these processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improving manufacturing engineering foundation (CATIA Manufacturing Models with functional tolerancing through to quality control plans)
• Support in quality deviation investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions.
• Support in implementing the corrective actions to solve repetitive quality defects (expected to be a combination of Re Nc programming / cutting & fixture tooling improvements)
• Attending CAB meetings (Corrective Action Board) to support all activities and actions from the CAB.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of material properties, mechanics, and structural analysis principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Dutch / English language mandatory
