Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting in Mandarin Chinese and English to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Research target accounts in the demand generation and SaaS industry to uncover new opportunities.
• Engage with marketing and sales decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and track pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and English.
• 1-3 years of experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound sales role.
• Proven success in cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
• Experience in SaaS, Demand Generation, or Marketing Technology preferred.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
• Excellent communication, persistence, and attention to detail.
• A self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
