Mandarin-Speaking Cruise Retail Manager: Lead Sales at Sea

Harding Retail on board is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead a luxury on-board retail team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive sales targets, mentor staff, manage events and client outreach, and ensure flawless store operations, loss prevention, and HR processes while presenting luxury goods with confidence.

The role is a contract position, living at sea for up to six months per assignment, with a 1-2 month home break between contracts.
