Job Description

Contract Type: Full-time Permanent

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17:30pm

Location: Manchester

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end delivery of our tutoring services. You'll work closely with Sales to understand client needs, match students with the right tutors, and ensure a seamless, high-quality learning experience.

In this role, you'll oversee tutor recruitment and management, coordinate scheduling, monitor student progress, and act as a key point of contact for clients. You'll also track performance metrics and continuously improve processes to drive better outcomes.

This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and passionate about education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with sales understand tutoring needs
  • Recommend suitable tutors and provide tutor profiles
  • Support sales conversion through academic insights
  • Manage end-to-end tutoring delivery and ensure quality control
  • Recruit, train, and manage tutors
  • Coordinate tutor allocation, replacement, and scheduling
  • Monitor student progress and client satisfaction
  • Track key metrics (conversion, retention, feedback) and optimise performance
  • Serve as a point of contact for parents/clients and handle issues
  • Develop and improve operational processes and matching systems
  • Collaborate with Marketing to produce content (case studies, workshops, etc.)
  • Work closely with Sales and Academic teams to improve outcomes
Qualifications
  • With minimum with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Experience in recruitment, training, or managing freelancers/tutors is a plus
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with parents, students, and tutors
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyse performance metrics (e.g., conversion, retention)
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle client issues effectively
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
