We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end delivery of our tutoring services. You'll work closely with Sales to understand client needs, match students with the right tutors, and ensure a seamless, high-quality learning experience.
In this role, you'll oversee tutor recruitment and management, coordinate scheduling, monitor student progress, and act as a key point of contact for clients. You'll also track performance metrics and continuously improve processes to drive better outcomes.
This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and passionate about education.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with sales understand tutoring needs
- Recommend suitable tutors and provide tutor profiles
- Support sales conversion through academic insights
- Manage end-to-end tutoring delivery and ensure quality control
- Recruit, train, and manage tutors
- Coordinate tutor allocation, replacement, and scheduling
- Monitor student progress and client satisfaction
- Track key metrics (conversion, retention, feedback) and optimise performance
- Serve as a point of contact for parents/clients and handle issues
- Develop and improve operational processes and matching systems
- Collaborate with Marketing to produce content (case studies, workshops, etc.)
- Work closely with Sales and Academic teams to improve outcomes
- With minimum with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in recruitment, training, or managing freelancers/tutors is a plus
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with parents, students, and tutors
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyse performance metrics (e.g., conversion, retention)
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle client issues effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
