Manchester Temp: Customer Service Specialist (Peak Season)

REFY is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Assistant in Manchester to support the team during peak season. You will respond to customers across platforms, uphold the REFY tone, and help maintain high service standards.

Working hours are 08:00-16:30, five days per week with one weekend day on six occasions, plus one remote day per week. Reports to the Customer Experience Manager and supports the team during a defined contract period.
