Responsibilities

• Manage own desk and develop new business.
• Deliver best in class service to clients and candidates.
• Achieve activity levels (sales calls and meetings) and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build exceptional relationships, have consultative sales approach, negotiate and influence.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience within recruitment.
• Drive to succeed, honest, flexible, reliable, with a strong work ethic.
• Educated to A level standard.
