What We're Looking For:

Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment (primary, secondary, SEND, or nursery)
Strong 360 recruitment skills with a proven billing track record
Previous experience managing or mentoring consultants - or ready to take the step up
Commercial mindset and drive to develop business in a competitive market
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for school visits)
Passionate about education and making a difference in schools and communities

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support a

small team of consultants
Manage your own warm desk - placing education professionals across Kent
Build and maintain strong school and candidate relationships
Drive business development and team performance targets
Conduct school visits, interviews, and client meetings regularly
Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture

Working Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Hybrid working - 2 to 3 days from home
Reduced hours during school holidays
