Overview

We are seeking two experienced Senior Managers with strong Prime Brokerage expertise to join a leading investment bank in London. This is a 12+ month engagement with an immediate start, offering a competitive daily rate inside IR35

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert business analysis support within Prime Brokerage operations, focusing on trade support and post-trade processing.
• Manage and optimize transaction flows and custody processes to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee data management activities related to Prime Brokerage functions, ensuring accuracy and integrity of client and transaction data.
• Support client reporting processes, delivering timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with balance sheet management teams to assist in balance sheet optimization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to UK regulations and industry rules relevant to Prime Brokerage operations.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven Prime Brokerage experience within a large investment bank, preferably HSBC.
• Strong knowledge of trade support, post-trade processing, custody, and transaction flow management.
• Experience in data management and client reporting within Prime Brokerage.
• Understanding of UK regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
• Experience in balance sheet management and optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
