Overview

Mastercard's Financial Crime Solutions team is seeking a Manager, AML Solutions Product Management, to help drive the delivery of our product roadmaps. The ideal candidate is passionate about reducing financial crime, highly motivated, curious, analytical, and entrepreneurial.

Financial Crime Solutions (FCS) is a cross-functional team within the Services division, overseeing solutions dedicated to safeguarding businesses and consumers from financial crimes. Our team includes product management, data science, operations, and technology partners, launching solutions that detect and prevent financial crime using advanced technologies, data analysis, and industry best practices.

Role

1. Report to the VP, AML Solutions Product Manager, and collaborate with global and regional leads to develop product strategies and launch new products within AML Solutions.
2. Act as a subject matter expert, defining business requirements and leading product, customer experience, development teams, and external partners through product definition and launch.
3. Use Mastercard's product management framework to manage ongoing innovation and enhancements from concept to commercialization.
4. Assist with business case development, go-to-market plans, and data analysis for new product concepts.
5. Develop expansion plans that provide clear value to key customers and market needs.
6. Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform product strategies and forecasts.
7. Understand the Software Development Lifecycle and identify barriers or obstacles to timely and budgeted delivery of new products.
