Manager, Process Excellence (People Operations & HR Transformation)

Seeking a Manager - Process Excellence to drive transformation across People Operations by redesigning HR processes, improving efficiency, and enabling automation. This role focuses on standardizing workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing the employee and manager experience through digital solutions, with a strong emphasis on Oracle HCM and ServiceNow (HRSD). The role will drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of scalable service delivery solutions across the employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid position and can be based in Basingstoke (UK), Barcelona (Spain), or Warsaw (Poland).

• Lead process standardization and continuous improvement across People Operations.
• Redesign HR processes to reduce manual effort and enable automation using Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, and other digital solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
