Key player in the construction sector in the canton of Vaud. Responsible for the 2nd pillar service in the construction sector in the canton of Vaud, the Entrepreneurs' Fund, Vaud Agency, manages all insurances of the 1st and the 2nd pillar, as well as all social and contractual insurances. To take responsibility for the 2nd pillar Service, the Entrepreneurs' Fund, Vaud Agency, wishes to hire a 100% Responsible for the 2nd pillar service. As a true driving force of the 2nd pillar service, you will:- Ensure the management of the service and guarantee its proper functioning- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for all activities- Guarantee the quality of services and of the insured- Be the privileged contact person for the Director of pension funds- Actively contribute to governance and institutional matters- Supervise, develop, and mobilize teams, establishing a genuine culture of continuous improvement- Coordinate the occupational pension plans with other social services- Participate in the development and evolution of social security institutions- Lead transversal projects, particularly in relation to the activity- Contribute to the development of services for the insured- Ensure effective communication with external parties Your profileYou possess the following skills:- Federal Certificate of Specialist in Staff Insurance; the Diploma of Pension Fund Manager is a plus- Strong command of common tools; familiarity with iPension 2nd is a plus- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in the field of professional insurance, including team management- Leadership with excellent management and transversal skills- Strong analytical and structured reasoning abilities- Global vision and network thinking- High adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly evolving environment- Strong commitment to a culture of continuous improvement- Availability: immediately or as agreedJoin usWe offer our teams a varied activity within a pleasant work environment that fosters responsibility and autonomy, as well as long-term career perspectives in a regional environment and in interesting fields of activity.
