Job Description

We are a well-established tech company in the B2B SaaS sector, specializing in electronic invoicing solutions, payment automation, and financial management for businesses. With annual revenue exceeding €50 million, we continue to grow sustainably and are looking to expand our Customer Success team, currently made up of 4 people focused on customer retention and support.


We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience in account management or customer support in tech environments. You will be responsible for guiding our clients through the proper adoption and use of our platform, helping them maximize its value and their satisfaction.


The Ideal Candidate has


  • Previous experience (minimum 3-4 years) in customer support, account management, or similar roles in tech companies, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to understand digital tools (a technical profile is not required, but you should be comfortable with B2B software).
  • Organized, solution-oriented, and proactive attitude.
  • Experience with invoicing tools, CRMs, or financial management software is a plus.
  • High level of Spanish and good level of English (minimum B2).

What Will You Do?


  • Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring a positive product experience.
  • Support new clients during onboarding and their first months of use.
  • Address functional questions and coordinate with technical support when needed.
  • Identify risk signals (low adoption, lack of usage, recurring issues) and propose improvement plans.
  • Gather client feedback and share it internally to support continuous product improvement.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve support processes and materials (FAQs, onboarding, webinars, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales or product teams on occasional tasks related to renewals or feature enhancements.
