Manager, Finance - PACS Mature Markets

Location: Galway, Ireland / Remote (Europe)

This role leads the finance function for the Mature Markets Business Unit within the PACS Business Area.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day to day financial analysis activities in support of the MM Business Unit.
  • Collaborate with Accounting Shared Services on month end closing activities and conduct variance analyses.
  • Full P&L ownership of the BU: sales, Direct Material, FPC and SG&A; direct and allocated costs.
  • Prepare and present the BU Monthly Performance Review to BA senior leadership.
  • Lead the Business Unit annual plan and quarterly forecast processes; prepare and present reviews with BA senior leadership.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial presentations for business reviews and executive meetings.
  • Serve as primary subject matter expert with the BU Managing Director.
  • Partner closely with the business on key strategic initiatives and projects, and conduct profitability analyses (IRR and payback).
  • Provide financial insight for risk and opportunity assessment, identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Analyze and communicate key performance metrics to business and HID leadership.
  • Influence business/segment leaders, compile recommendations, and present to senior leaders.
  • Provide guidance and development to other team members on priorities and processes.
  • Work with peers in the PACS finance team to improve tools, efficiency, and deliveries.
  • Manage one resource responsible for accounting of a recently acquired entity.
Qualifications
  • B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with broad financial responsibilities, including finance business partner experience with multi functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Oracle analytical platforms or other data warehouse tools; experience with OneStream, PowerQuery and AI is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence business decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross functional, global environment and manage conflicting priorities autonomously.
  • Customer centric mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations to large, cross functional audiences.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
