Job Description

As a Manager you, will play a pivotal role in our team, leveraging your deep technical expertise and mastery in hands-on programming, to lead the design and development of complex solutions. With a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, you possess a wealth of knowledge, and stay up to date with evolving technical skills and industry norms. In this role, you will independently lead the solution design and code development of individual modules, contributing to the success of our projects, and ensuring the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep technical expertise and mastery in hands-on programming roles.
• Stay up to date with technical skills and industry norms, continuously expanding your knowledge base.
• Conduct research and distill learning on R&D topics, presenting findings to a larger group.
• Independently lead the solution design and code development of individual modules, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers and account leads to define project plans and ensure successful execution.
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients, addressing their technical requirements and concerns.
• Support Project Managers and Client Leads in client conversations, providing technical expertise and insights.

People Management Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
• Oversee the code and solution delivery quality for a team of developers, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Provide direction to junior team members on project assignments, helping them navigate challenges and grow their skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with a focus on hands-on programming and software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages and technology platforms relevant to the digital marketing industry.
• In-depth understanding of software development principles, best practices, and industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.

Compensation Range: $87,210- $119,300. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
