Overview

As Manager Consultancy & Projects, you combine your experience in consultancy and leadership with a hands on mentality and a clear vision for digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consultancy- and project management team for the products Agrio and Billio.
• Ensure optimal deployment and resource planning of our business consultants.
• Actively contribute to building a modern, efficient, scalable, future proof consultancy department.
• Track progress of ongoing projects together with project managers.
• Translate strategic themes such as AI into clear training and application policies for our consultants.
• Inspire and motivate your team to achieve maximum performance, providing structure and clear direction.
• Initiate and execute improvement initiatives that optimise operational activities and service delivery.
• Standardise, scale, increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
• Implement these initiatives operationally and oversee their implementation.
• Drive process improvements that support growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; act as a connecting link between departments and provide direction.
• Coaching style of leadership, fostering appreciation and empowerment.
• Experience in leading teams and improving and designing departmental processes.
• Completed HBO/WO degree, preferably in business information technology, business economics or similar.
• Analytical, decisive, planning, organisational, results oriented and decisive.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly gross salary between €5,000 and €7,000. Bonuses are possible based on performance.

Flexible working: remote, office in Hengelo, Zwolle or other Axelio locations.

Development: 10 days per year for training and study.

Mobility: mobility budget for car, bike, public transport or cash equivalent.

Work & personal: 28 vacation days with options to buy or sell days.
