We are looking for someone who will instruct, support, and promote team members - and be their role model. You pay particular attention to the freshness of fruits, vegetables, and bread, and fight against food waste by placing clever orders. You will order goods at the right time and in the right quantity. You will skillfully plan the work within the weekly schedule and ensure efficient processes in your store. You will do everything to balance the numbers - in terms of revenue, personnel costs, and inventory. What you bring: Education: Completed vocational training (apprenticeship) in retail (food) or a related field is an advantage. Work experience: Three years or more of professional and leadership experience as a department manager, section manager, or team leader in retail. Love for fresh products and ideally have experience in this area. Ability to plan and organize tasks and a keen sense of key figures. Good physical condition, as some packages weigh up to 10 kilos. Good knowledge of tablets and smartphones, quick to adapt to other digital tools (e.g., for inventory management). French (excellent knowledge).
