Location: Jersey Department: Private Equity Contract: Permanent, Full-time

• Lead a portfolio of private equity fund clients in Jersey.
• Oversee client governance, ensure compliance, and support financial oversight.
• Manage a team and drive operational improvements.
• Act as board director and mentor staff.

• Industry Experience: Fund administration, ideally private equity
• Qualifications: ICSA, STEP, ACCA or equivalent
• Regulatory Knowledge: Jersey's framework and governance
• Leadership: Proven team management and development
• Communication: Clear, confident, and personable
• Problem Solving: Practical and solutions-focused
