Are you looking for an administrative based role in Wymondham? Our friendly, fast-paced team have an exciting opportunity for a Management Support administrator to join the existing team

In this post you'll be providing admin support to the wider team in order for them to be able to provide an efficient service to our service users. Our service offers a welcoming and supportive environment and
when you join us, you can expect comprehensive training to ensure you understand the different processes and systems we use.

Main duties of the job

You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information.

Training will be given, however previous administration experience is essential.

You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. You will also be able to evidence working flexibly and have experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent or willing to work towards
  • Secretarial experience at intermediate level
  • Knowledge of Trust electronic record system

Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages or equivalent.
  • Maintaining administrative / secretarial systems.
  • Knowledge of NHS policy / procedures

Other

  • Able to work proactively, on own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Able to work flexibly to meet service needs.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and able to prioritise own workload
