An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Dental Hospital Management Team as PA. This role will involve a wide range of personal secretarial duties and offer the opportunity to take on additional responsibility in support of the management team.

  • the post holder will be recognised as an important member of the management team and will work closely with the team as we seek to serve our patients.

The post holder will be flexible in their approach and should be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Diary management
  • Meeting arrangements and minute taking
  • Production of reports, presentations and other correspondence
  • Support to Microsoft Teams meetings
  • Development of appropriate data storage systems
  • Close collaboration with the Management Team on a daily basis
  • Assist in dealing with a number of queries on a daily basis, becoming familiar with Dental Core Trainee Rotation, HR Processes, registering new staff on Trust systems, and liaising with University of Liverpool while adding value to our patients
