• Lead M&A integration and separation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes.

• Oversee financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making during transitions.
• Advise clients on operational improvements and structural changes during mergers and acquisitions.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members within the consultancy department.

Profile

A successful Associate Director - Post Merger Integration & Separation should have:

• A strong background in consultancy, with multiple deal track record.
• Experience working on complex integration and separation projects pre and post deal
• Proven expertise in financial analysis and operational improvements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to lead teams and mentor junior colleagues. with
