Management Consultant

Work Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office/client site

We are partnered with a leading independent management consultancy in London that is looking to hire experienced consultants as part of its continued growth.

The firm works with large, high-profile organisations on some of their most critical business and technology transformations. Consultants work in small, experienced teams and are given significant responsibility for client delivery. You'll have significant responsibility, close access to senior leadership, ongoing professional development and the opportunity to work as a trusted advisor on major transformation programmes.

• Lead significant workstreams, projects and programmes
• Work directly with senior stakeholders across FTSE 250 organisations
• Deliver complex business and technology-enabled transformation
• Gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, from shaping strategy through to implementation
• Join a highly collaborative environment with a genuinely flat structure
• Work closely with senior leadership, with a strong focus on individual development

• 6-10+ years of management consulting experience
• Reached Manager, Senior Manager or equivalent level within a leading consultancy
• Experience leading teams and significant workstreams, projects or programmes
• Strong project/programme management and transformation delivery experience
• A track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Exposure to technology as part of wider business transformation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• End-to-end transformation experience, from strategy through to delivery
• Project or programme budget responsibility
• Technology or digital transformation experience
• Exposure to the software development lifecycle, including design, build, testing and deployment
