Management Accountant FinTech

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units.
• Assist in the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial support for new product launches, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
• Liaise with auditors and contribute to year-end financial reporting.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA
• Proven experience in management accounting within financial services (ideally banking, but wider financial services will also be considered)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
