Management Accountant

Our client, a successful and rapidly growing organisation, is seeking to appoint a talented Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities while supporting operational stakeholders across a dynamic, multi-site business.

Your new role

• Preparation of monthly management accounts within agreed deadlines
• Analysis and interpretation of financial performance, providing meaningful insights to stakeholders
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies
• Assisting with year-end audit requirements
• Production of KPI reports and financial analysis to support decision-making
• Business partnering with operational managers across the organisation
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive and commercially focused approach
