Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed financial insights.
• Oversee cost analysis and variance reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights into financial performance trends.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial systems and reporting.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Professional accounting qualifications or equivalent, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration
