Management Accountant

Beyond Talent is working with a well-established business looking to appoint an experienced Interim Management Accountant to support during a period of change and growth. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can quickly get up to speed, add value from day one, and support a busy finance team with both BAU and project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Variance analysis and commentary
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
• Business partnering with operational teams
• Improving processes and controls where needed

About You

• Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
• Proven experience in a management accounting role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong Excel skills and systems confidence
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Strong communication skills - able to partner with non-finance stakeholders
