Description

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying variances and recommending improvements.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.
• Support external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
• Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
