Join our Digital Team as Managed Events Support Specialist and you can help make it happen. Your job? This is an on-site position (5 days per week) where you'll provide comprehensive technical support for managed events, ensuring flawless execution from planning through completion.

Main responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Event Management: Take ownership of assigned events from initial consultation through execution and post-event analysis
  • Technical Consultation: Meet with event requestors to understand requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of all technical components prior to events
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Train speakers and participants on relevant technologies and ensure all support teams are aligned
  • Real-Time Support: Provide active technical assistance during events, quickly resolving any issues that arise
  • Continuous Improvement: Document lessons learned and contribute to evolving best practices

Pre-Event Responsibilities

  • Confirm all testing is complete and systems are ready
  • Verifying all technology settings match event requirements
  • Ensure speakers and participants are comfortable with the technology
  • Coordinate with support teams (in-room, on-site, Open Exchange, External Agencies)
  • Maintain consistent communication with requestors and support teams

About you

Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience

Technical skills: Proficiency in Zoom ecosystem (Meetings, Webinars, Rooms, Production Studio, Events), Experience with Pigeonhole is an advantage, Background in AV/Video conferencing technologies, PowerPoint, Excel are nice to have skills.

Soft skills: Strong customer service orientation, Positive, solution-focused attitude, Excellent communication skills, Team-oriented mindset with ability to integrate into the Events Management Team

Education: Bsc or Master's degree

Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
