The role
As a key member of the Transformation & Strategic Change Leadership Team you'll be initially responsible for delivering projects in the HR Tech space. You'll oversee the delivery of projects to agreed schedule, commercial and quality constraints, by effective planning, tracking, and reporting of projects and budgets. You'll mitigate risk and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery of projects and programmes. You'll also be responsible for line managing and mentoring the PMs who are supporting the delivery, from inception to closure, of projects or work packages and you'll be responsible for developing personal development plans with your direct reports and ensuring there is a good understanding of the career families to promote progression.
What will make you successful in the role?
You'll be an experienced hands-on project manager with a strong HR background. You'll have worked within, and have experience of, delivering projects within a large change/transformation environment. You'll ideally have previous experience of HR platforms, we use SAP SuccessFactors at MAG but experience with other platforms such as Workday and/or Oracle would also be an advantage. You'll have the ability to communicate clearly and with impact at all levels of the organisation. You'll also have previous experience of developing and managing effective supplier and vendor relationships. You'll have previous line management experience with a history of managing a small team, being accountable for their performance & development.
