Due to specific student care needs, this role requires a male member of staff - this constitutes a Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010.About the RoleYou will be working with children and young people with additional needs, providing: 1:1 and small-group support Behavioural and emotional regulation assistance Classroom support alongside teachers Help with daily routines and pastoral careWhat we're looking for Experience working with children or young people (school, care, SEN, or similar) Patience, resilience, and a supportive nature Ability to build strong, positive relationships Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Who are Aspire People?
