Major Projects Planner: Complex Developments & S106

Park Avenue Recruitment in Surrey is seeking an experienced Major Projects Officer for an initial 6-month contract. You will lead on a portfolio of major, strategic and complex planning applications, managing schemes from pre-application through to determination, while negotiating Section 106 agreements and providing expert planning advice to support high-profile developments. The role requires strong report writing and committee experience, with work one day per week in the office.
