Maintenance Technicians & Shift Leader - Permanent Roles (Dutch Speaking)

We are hiring for a growing manufacturing site in Tessenderlo, offering stable and long-term career opportunities in a technically advanced environment.

Maintenance Technician (Mechanical & Electrical positions available)

Contract Type: Ongoing- potential permanent transfer

Working Hours: 40 hours per week - two-shift system (morning and afternoon), with occasional night shifts

Hourly Rate: €7 to €20 per hour depending on experience and assignment, plus €2.63 per hour shift premium (role-dependent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and automation systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical issues
• Support performance and reliability improvements in production lines
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Shift Leader (New Role)

Contract Type: Ongoing- potential permanent transfer

Working Hours: 40 hours per week - shift-based

Hourly Rate: Approximately €20 per hour

Additional Pay: Monthly fixed premium of approximately €250

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the shift team, including technicians and operators
• Ensure production output, quality, and safety goals are consistently met
• Act as the main point of contact for operational matters during your shift
• Work closely with other departments to maintain efficient operations

Who we're looking for:

• Experience in maintenance, production, or automation (industrial setting)
• Strong mechanical or electrical technical skills
• Dutch fluency is essential
• Leadership potential or prior supervisory experience (for Shift Leader role)
• Open to vocational graduates or experienced technicians
