Job Description

Building Surveyor / Maintenance Surveyor (Local Authority)

Were working with the Housing Asset Management team of a Local Authority / Borough Council.

They require additional Building Surveyors as follows:

Working on a day rate of £200 on a rolling contract basis
Acting as a lead professional in all aspects of repairs and maintenance across the boroughs housing portfolio
