Maintenance Operations Planner - Military Housing

Axis CLC is recruiting an administrator for the Operations Support Team at our Marham office to support the MOD housing contract. You will manage maintenance tasks from initiation to completion, coordinate engineers, monitor progress, and ensure records and reporting meet contractual timelines and H&S standards.

The role emphasizes effective communication with internal teams, clients and occupants, with a proactive, self-motivated and flexible approach to workload and deadlines.
