Maintenance engineer

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of production equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment

• Diagnosing and resolving faults on PLC-controlled machinery

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site

• Working closely with the production team to minimise downtime and optimise performance

• Participating in shift rotations (Monday to Friday - days and evenings)

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who can bring a strong blend of technical expertise and problem-solving ability. The ideal candidate will have:

• A third-level qualification in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering

• Proven experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial or manufacturing setting

• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, with demonstrable experience in fault-finding

• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Competitive salary of £50,000

• Monday to Friday shift pattern (no weekends)
