Madisons Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Operative for a permanent position in London, Kent, Surrey - Orpington.

You will join a well-established company covering the above areas, contributing to the maintenance of various units and projects.

Responsibilities

• Snagging & repairs of live care home units
• Fire alarm testing
• Emergency Light Testing
• HVAC Servicing
• Water Treatment Tasks
• Gas Boiler Checks
• Carpentry skills
• All-round skills
• Maintain log book compliance on site
• Complete RAMs and H&S inspections

Requirements

• Positive attitude
• Experience and qualifications in multiple areas
• Willingness to work on various requirements daily
• DBS clearance
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday + overtime
• Proficiency in MS Office & good overall IT literacy
• Trade or Engineering qualifications
