We are seeking Call Handlers to join a busy, established team that handles inbound calls from tenants regarding housing maintenance requirements. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a maintenance company or be capable of efficiently handling calls to identify issues and direct them to the appropriate department based on the repair needed.
