Job Title: Maintenance Business Partner

Location: Welwyn Garden City, hybrid working (2 days in the office, rest from home)

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week), Monday to Friday

Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum, negotiable based on skills and experience, plus benefits including health cash plan

About the Role

As our new Maintenance Business Partner, you'll join our Maintenance South Team to handle complaints from our English customers, especially across London and the South East. You'll be their voice, advocating for their experience, and working cross-functionally to resolve issues. This is a new role for the South, offering the opportunity to shape how we operate and improve customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Maintenance and help develop effective processes that benefit our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer complaints with care and urgency, ensuring their voices are heard
  • Collaborate with the DLO and teams across London and the South East to resolve issues
  • Hold contractors accountable and share learnings from complaints to improve service quality
  • Analyze reports to identify trends and support long-term improvements
  • Provide data, insights, and solutions to colleagues to inform maintenance strategies
  • Present updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in resolving customer complaints and working with cross-functional teams

Additional Details
  • Work hours between 08:00 and 18:00, flexible hours
  • Manage your own diary, with flexi time for personal needs
  • Hybrid role: 2 days in Welwyn Garden City offices, visiting customers across the area
  • Must have a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage paid
  • Basic DBS check required, paid for by us
