Requirements:

The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

Basic maintenance skills with the ability to use hand and power tools

Good communication and organisational skills

The role includes working one weekend per month

Duties will include:

1. Liaise with the Maintenance Manager and Housekeeping department regarding both internal and external maintenance.
2. To comply with all statutory and Company regulations relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire safety and security of the premises and property.
3. Ensure that proactive and reactive day to day maintenance work is carried out to the required standards.
4. Assist with ensuring that the maintenance work remains in budget and causes little disruption to guests.
5. Painting tasks inc, preparing surfaces- cleaning, sanding, filling and painting to a high standard
