Maintenance Assistant

Location: Market Harborough
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Flexible working and part-time arrangements may be considered

We are working with a well-established organisation in Market Harborough who are seeking a reliable and hands on Maintenance Assistant to support their site operations on a temporary basis. This is a varied role well suited to someone with practical skills who enjoys problem solving and working independently.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the site remains safe, functional and well maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out general repairs and maintenance tasks
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests across the site
• Assisting with planned and preventative maintenance works
• Supporting overall site safety and security
• Taking and accurately recording utility meter readings

• Previous experience in maintenance, caretaking or a similar role (preferred)
• Strong practical ability and good DIY skills
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A full driving licence (desirable)
