We've got the perfect role for you.Due to an internal promotion, a growing, modern residential property company is looking for a Maintenance and Repair Coordinator - the friendly, efficient first point of contact for tenants and applicants, and the powerhouse behind the scenes for the lettings and property management teams. This is a heavily customer focused role communicating with clients over the phone and via email correspondence so excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and confidence speaking over the phone is essential.Why join us?

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm. - Flexible work schedule - ability to work from home 1 day a week after training.What you'll be doing:

• Answering calls & emails like a pro
• Logging maintenance requests and making sure nothing gets missed
• Booking inspections, surveys, and move-outs
• Scheduling viewings & qualifying applicants
• Keeping processes running like clockwork

You'll smash it if you:

• Have admin, customer service, or property experience (bonus if you have all three)
• Communicate clearly, stay calm, and stay kind
• Can multitask without breaking a sweat
• Bring team spirit and a "let's do this" mindset
