Maintenance & Fabric Specialist 10% Bonus

Savills Company is seeking a Maintenance & Fabric Operative to uphold and repair facilities, equipment and fabric across our sites in Greater London. The role focuses on reliable building maintenance, routine inspections, repairs to doors, windows, walls and ceilings, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is £40,000 plus a 10% discretionary annual bonus, and the role includes opportunities to develop skills across trades.
